The difference between the needs in physiotherapy time and the means allocated to the intensive care units forces the professionals to think about solutions to maintain the quality and safety of the acts. We designed a prioritization tool developed from the Eisenhower matrix, physiotherapy assessments, and medical diagnosis. Such a tool allows us to concentrate the rehabilitation time on the acts of competence specific to the physiotherapists. Patients are classified as important according to their functional status and as urgent according to their medical diagnoses. This tool assigns a grade to each patient. Patients are managed according to decreasing grades. Its implementation ensured the quality of physiotherapy care in these contexts of demographic tension.
