Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is frequent and has a high mortality rate. Management of the Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is based on early resuscitation. Severe cases patients must be transferred to specialized neuroscience centers with neurosurgical availability to improve prognosis. The aim of the treatment is to prevent secondary brain damage by optimizing blood pressure level, correcting coagulation abnormalities, optimizing intracranial hypertension and, in some cases, neurosurgical treatment. However there is no a standardized management algorithm and a clarification is therefore necessary to improve overall care.
