Abstract

Quality of work life (QWL) is a concept of undeniable importance. It is a major issue within critical care units, where it impacts both the daily lives of staff and the quality of care provided to patients and their relatives.

There are numerous tools to improve QWL. They address both the structural and organizational aspects of critical care units.

The aim of this work is to evaluate the various levers for action that can be considered as sources of QWL improvement.
