Abstract

 

The Ethics Committee of the French Intensive Care Society (FICS) has examined the draft bill, which has been circulated since April 2024 and will be presented to the French parliament in spring 2024.

The aim of this article is to provide a summary of the draft law, as well as the comments and questions raised by the SRLF Ethics Committee, in order to provide further reflections for intensivists.
